Roof Replacement, Built for Los Angeles Weather
Full tear-off and replacement in Class A fire-rated materials, sized for Santa Ana winds and triple-digit summers — not a generic national install.
Not sure if you need a repair or a full replacement? Call (213) 699-9927 — we'll tell you honestly, even if that means a repair instead of a sale.
When It's Time
Signs You Need a Full Replacement
Not every problem needs a full tear-off. These are the signs that a repair won't hold much longer.
- Shingles curling, cracking, or losing granules across large sections, not just one spot
- Roof is at or past the manufacturer's expected lifespan for its material
- Leaks showing up in different spots after each rain, not the same one
- Visible sagging in the roof deck, or daylight through the attic boards
- Already has more than one layer of roofing — a second overlay isn't an option, or up to code
What We Install
Three Systems, Published Pricing
Shingle, tile, or flat — every system is priced per square foot before you ever call us, with the full package breakdown and warranty terms published.
Shingles
GAF-certified systems from $6.47/sq ft, three warranty tiers.
Tile
Re-set your existing tile, or replace it — from $6.48/sq ft.
Flat Roof
Polyglass systems from $6.29/sq ft, 12–20 year warranty.
How We Work
Tear-Off, Not Overlay
Some contractors will quote a cheaper job by installing new shingles directly over your old ones. We don't do overlays — ever. An overlay hides rot and deck damage instead of fixing it, adds weight the structure wasn't designed for, and voids most manufacturer warranties outright.
Every replacement starts with a complete tear-off down to the deck, so we can actually see what's underneath and replace any damaged wood before anything new goes on. That's the only way a warranty means anything.
Timeline & Permits
What to Expect
Days on a Shingle Roof
A typical single-family shingle replacement — weather permitting. Tile and flat systems usually run a bit longer.
Permit Included
We pull the permit, schedule inspections, and close it out — it's part of your quote, not an extra line item.
Class A Fire-Rated
Every replacement uses Class A fire-rated materials — the highest rating, which matters most for hillside and wildland-adjacent LA neighborhoods.
A New Roof Doesn't Have to Wait
Free same-day inspection, written quote on the spot, financing available. No sales pressure.
Replacement FAQ
How long does a full roof replacement take?
Most single-family shingle roofs take 1–3 days from tear-off to final cleanup, weather permitting. Tile and flat roof systems typically take longer because of the material handling and multi-layer application involved.
Do you remove the old roof, or install over it?
We always do a complete tear-off, never an overlay. It's the only way to inspect and repair the deck underneath, and most manufacturer warranties require it anyway.
Will my HOA's material or color rules be a problem?
Usually not — we work with GAF and Owens Corning color lines that cover most common HOA-approved palettes, and we're happy to submit spec sheets for architectural review before you commit.
Can I finance a roof replacement?
Yes — we partner with home-improvement lenders offering plans starting at 0% APR for 12 months on approved credit, with decisions in minutes.
