What Happens When You Call

01

We Answer

A real person picks up, day or night, for an active leak — not a call center reading a script.

02

We Stop the Water

Same-day tarping or a temporary seal to protect your interior, while it's still safe to get on the roof.

03

We Fix It Permanently

A written, itemized scope for the permanent repair, scheduled fast once weather and safety allow.

What Counts as an Emergency

If any of these are happening, call — don't wait for a scheduled appointment.

An old stain that hasn't grown in weeks isn't an emergency — but we'll still get someone out fast. Just say so when you call, and we'll set proper expectations instead of rushing a crew unnecessarily.

Storm Damage & Insurance Claims

If the damage was caused by a storm, fallen debris, or another sudden event, your homeowners policy may cover it. We document the damage the way adjusters expect — dated photos, a written scope, and clear cause-of-loss notes — and we're glad to meet your adjuster on-site to walk the roof together.

We're not a public adjuster and won't promise a claim will be approved — but we won't let a poorly documented repair be the reason it gets denied, either.

Why Emergency Repair Is Quote-Only

Unlike a full roof replacement, emergency repair scope varies too much to publish a flat per-sq-ft number — a single cracked flashing and a wind-torn section of decking are both "emergency repairs," but they're not close to the same job. You'll get an exact, written number on-site, before any work starts.

If the damage turns out to be extensive enough that replacement makes more sense than repeated repairs, we'll say so — and you can see exactly what that would cost.

Emergency Repair FAQ

What counts as a roofing emergency?

Active water intrusion, storm or wind damage exposing the deck, fallen debris impact, or a visibly sagging ceiling. If water is entering your home right now, that's always an emergency — call instead of filling out the form.

How fast can you actually get to me?

Same-day in almost every case — often within 2 hours for active leaks. Response time can run longer during major regional storms when call volume spikes across LA, but active water intrusion always jumps the queue.

Will homeowners insurance cover this?

Often, if the cause was sudden — a storm, wind, or falling debris. We document everything the way adjusters expect and can meet them on-site. Gradual wear from an aging roof is typically not covered, and we'll tell you honestly if that looks like the case.

What does emergency repair cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so we don't publish a flat number — you'll get a written, itemized price on-site before any repair work starts. If the damage is extensive enough that replacement makes more financial sense, we'll show you that number too.
