How We Got Here

Valley Construction started the way most honest contractors do — with a licensed foreman tired of watching homeowners get quoted one price and billed another. CSLB #1021140 was issued to build things the right way: permitted, inspected, and warrantied in writing before a single shingle comes off the truck.

Los Angeles roofs take a specific kind of abuse — UV load that most of the country never sees, Santa Ana gusts that find every loose fastener, and, for hillside homes, a real fire-rating requirement that isn't optional. We built our crews, our material partnerships, and our process around those three things specifically, not a generic national playbook.

Today that means the same foreman who answers the phone during a January storm is the one who signs off on the final inspection. We stayed small enough that nothing gets subcontracted to a stranger, and licensed enough that nothing gets done off the books.

What We Won't Compromise On

Our Own Crews

No lead-selling to a third party, no unlicensed subcontractors showing up in an unmarked truck.

Permitted & Inspected

Every job pulls a real permit and passes real inspection — not a shortcut that surfaces at resale.

Local, Not National

Every crew lives within the service area — no fly-in labor that leaves after the last invoice.

Built for LA's Climate

Class A fire-rated materials and wind-rated fastening as the standard, not an upsell.
